Providing high-quality housing
Merlion Homes was created in 1991 with a vision of providing affordable housing for a wide range of people through private funding. To date, Merlion has provided hundreds of new homes for a wide range of purchasers, including first time buyers, key workers and families in local housing need.
With rising house prices and demand outpacing supply for new homes, there is growing demand from middle-income buyers for assistance in buying their home. Merlion is helping to fill this gap without relying on Government money by offering homes at prices well below those payable on the open market.
