Merlion Homes is part of Merlion Group PLC, the UK's largest provider of grant-free affordable housing.

Since its beginning in 1991, the Merlion Group has built up a proven track record in providing affordable housing and now supplies more than 10 per cent of all privately funded affordable housing. Over the past three years revenue has increased sixfold and Merlion Group expects revenue to grow by 60 per cent in 2004 to reach £30 million.
