News & Events03/05/05Merlion Homes helps first time buyer onto property ladder With the help of the Merlion Assisted Purchasing Scheme (MAPS) a shared equity plan unique to Merlion, homeowners who might not normally aspire to such a lifestyle are able to purchase a new apartment at this development at a reduced percentage of its market value.
