The cornerstone of our service is to give advice on drafting Section 106 Agreements in order to maximise the value of affordable housing. Merlion Homes also offers the benefits of flexibility and speed as a result of being a privately funded company.

In addition, Merlion Homes purchases developers' own house types and only offers shared ownership housing, rather than rented accommodation, to reduce the stigma associated with affordable housing. This helps developers maximise the viability for the whole of their development.
