Merlion Assisted Purchase Scheme
Merlion Homes' goal is to help more people onto the property ladder. With rising house prices and demand outpacing supply for new homes, a growing number of middle income key workers, first-time buyers and families in local housing need are finding it hard to compete in the open market.

To help people who are unable to buy their own home, Merlion Homes offers the Merlion Assisted Purchase Scheme (MAPS). This is a shared equity plan that allows people to buy a new home at a reduced percentage of its market value.

Supplying affordable housing

Merlion Homes is the biggest supplier of non grant funded affordable housing in the UK, supplying approximately 10 per cent of all privately funded affordable homes.
